Slow down and get into the deep connective tissues of your body. This class is taught at a slow pace to allow you to explore each stretch, personalizing it to fit the specific needs of your body.

Chakra Flow is a 75-min power vinyasa flow designed to align and enliven the energy centers of the body, otherwise known as the Chakras. From Root to Crown, we will journey through the chakra system, focusing our intention on increasing the flow of energy in each center. You should leave this class feeling balanced, strong and rejuvenated!
Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided mediation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. This class is a 30 minute all levels flow followed by a 30 minute guided mediation.

The perfect blend of Yoga & Pilates! Get the benefits of the dynamic movement sets of Pilates with plenty of time to stretch and rest in between. Class will be available to beginners & adaptable to your current practice (but challenges are absolutely available if you choose!) You will be encouraged to move with your breath, to modify your pace and range of movements meeting your body where it is in the present moment!

Rooted Relaxation (Yin)

Welcome to your Yin Yoga practice. In this class, we focus on releasing tensions from your head and heart space. Holding gentle and relaxing poses for an elongated period of time, with the support of many yoga tools (blankets, blocks, all that good stuff) allowing your body to relax and come to a state of vulnerability.
