Heated Tranquil Flow

This practice is done in a heated 90 degree room. We reduce the pace of our practice, place greater emphasis on calming the mind and becoming attuned to the alignments within our bodies. We incorporate deep stretching poses throughout our flow.

Vinyasa Flow

Heated Slow Flow

In a heated room, Slow Flow is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha yoga. We hold poses longer taking several breaths in each pose.

Chakra Flow

Chakra Flow is a 75-min power vinyasa flow designed to align and enliven the energy centers of the body, otherwise known as the Chakras. From Root to Crown, we will journey through the chakra system, focusing our intention on increasing the flow of energy in each center.
