Kelly Dillard
Hey! I'm Kelly and I am the owner of Breathe Yoga Studio. I have been a yoga lover for over 6 years and decided it was time to turn my passion into a business! I have my RYT200 certification and plan to continue to take different styles of workshops to expand my knowledge and practice.
I'm originally from NJ, but NC has always felt like home to me. I've been here now for 17 years and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I love the mountains, riding motorcycles, and basically anything outdoors.
Yoga has healed me in more ways than one, which has motivated me to want to share this practice with others.
My favorite style to teach is a Power Flow! I have a hard time slowing down, but yoga has taught me how to. I look forward to practicing with you!

Jenna Baker
Hi! My name is Jenna. I discovered yoga when I was 16 years old, and it has been a deeply meaningful practice for me ever since.
I completed my 200-hour RYT training in March 2024. While I may be a teacher, I will always remain a student.
I believe yoga has the power to transform every aspect of your life—physical, mental, and spiritual—for the better.
My teaching style encourages you to explore how each pose feels in your body, offering space to find comfort and ease, or to challenge yourself and go a little deeper. My classes are always about you and your unique journey.
I can’t wait to practice with you!

Jessica Harriman
Graduated from Chakra Flow University, I am a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, as well as a certified Reiki Master Teacher. My focus as your instructor is to challenge any limiting beliefs you may have about yourself, as well as guide you through practice that will leave you feeling confident, strong and relaxed.
I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of fitness level, experience, age or body type. As someone who has lived with fibromyalgia for over a decade, I am empathetic toward pain and recognize how difficult it can be to get moving. I also know first hand of the healing that movement can bring, which is why I do what I do!

Kim Crawford
E-RYT500, has been registered with Yoga Alliance and teaching since 2009. I completed my second accredited training program in 2014 and have attended countless workshops for continuing education since. I am experienced with over 6500 teaching hours in 15 years.
I believe that yoga can be an integrative practice for everyone's life bringing physical, mental and spiritual benefit through mindful practice. I teach and share yoga with all ages, in studios, senior communities, outdoor local vineyards, retreats and private instruction.

Tricia Clifford
Hi there, I'm Tricia!
Yoga has always been a part of me, only I didn't know what it was. I have always been spiritually curious and interested in how the body works. My occasional yoga practice became more of a vested interest in 2016 after attending a week-long retreat. I completed my 200hr certification in 2018 and have not been the same since. I have also been trained in 2 different styles of energy-work, Reiki and Pranic Healing. I believe the body can recover from just about anything if we give it a chance. My interest in whole body wellness continued with my Health/Life Coach certifications in 2024.
My practice is more mindful movement than fast flow. I like to spend time in each asana to see what the body has to say. You'll see me use diifferent tools during class like, essential oils, crystals, tuning forks, sound bowls, and aromatherapy, all to enhance your practice. By the end of each class you will definitely feel the shift in the room. I am thrilled to be joining the team at Breathe and look forward to practicing together!

Patience Marie Alley
Hi, I’m Patience! I have been practicing yoga for over 7 years, and it’s what sparked my passion for holistic wellness. In 2024, I became a 200-hour RYT, and I’m currently studying massage therapy.
I believe movement, mindfulness, and play are essential to our well-being–physically, mentally, and spiritually. My classes create space for self-exploration and growth, both on and off the mat, with an emphasis on connection and presence. Alongside yoga, I love using hula hooping as a playful, flow-based movement practice.
To me, movement is a journey of self-discovery and it’s an honor to help others find strength, balance, and joy along the way. I’m so excited to flow and grow with you!

Makinzie Thompson
Hi, I’m Makinzi! I’ve been practicing yoga for about 2 years now, and I absolutely love sharing my passion for movement through teaching Hot Pilates and Core Booty Burn. As a lifelong Davie County resident, this community means so much to me, and I’m grateful to be able to pour back into it through fitness and wellness. When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me spending time with my amazing husband, Clay. I can’t wait to see you in class and sweat it out together!

Maleeha Haq
Hey there, I'm Maleeha!
Yoga has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Before I even knew what yoga truly was, my mom would teach me poses as a kid. Over the years, my practice has deepened, and in May 2024, I became a 200hr RYT!
Yoga has changed the way I view the world and myself, encouraging me to heal the parts of me that once held me back from growing into the person I’m meant to be. Now, I’m passionate about sharing that journey with others.
Each week, I teach an energizing and invigorating Chakra Flow, and a couple of relaxing & restorative practices, which prioritize alignment and body awareness. My goal is to create a space where you can move with intention, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and at peace.
I’m passionate about self-love, personal growth, and building a supportive community, and I can’t wait to practice with you. See you on the mat!

Grace Blake
Hi, I’m Grace! I started my yoga journey in 2021 and it’s been such a grounding, empowering part of my life ever since.
When I’m not on my mat, you’ll probably find me running my small business, loving on all the cats , or traveling to soak up new places and experiences.
Yoga has taught me balance, between movement and stillness, work and play, and I’m so grateful to share that with others.

Shannah Holbrook
I am a 500-hour level instructor with my core studios coming from Vinny & Iyengar traditions/certifications. I like to help people cultivate & explore their practices with mindfulness & compassion to the body, awareness in the mind and intention. I love to discuss the anatomy of asanas & the philosophies of yoga!
